NEED TO SELL TO AVOID FORECLOSURE?

Ask about our special real estate rescue service for sellers who may be facing foreclosure but prefer to do a short sale. We partner with attorneys who focus their practice on helping Sellers in this situation.

RELOCATION SERVICES

Yes! We represent clients who are being transferred and need to work through a corporate relocation program.  If we are not already on your company's "official" list, we will execute the necessary documents to preserve your relocation benefits AND have us as your local, experienced agent team.  Jackie has worked with Cartus, Sirva, Global Relocation, Altair and others and will gladly provide references from the clients  represented.

SEARCHING FOR A NEW HOME?

You can use this site to search for available homes in Newnan, Peachtree City, Sharpsburg, Senoia, Fayetteville--all of Coweta, Fayette, and S. Fulton Counties--and most of Georgia.

JACKIE'S APPROACH

I want to give you the tools to find your dream home, but when you're ready to see the homes in person, I WANT TO BE YOUR REALTOR. Remember, you'll want a real estate professional who embraces the importance of technology without losing the personal touch that your family's transaction deserves. You'll love the resources available here such as mortgage calculators, our listings, tips for staging your home and much more - plus the e-mail alerts that I send. But these will never replace the time I personally spend with you, serving as your personal guide through this exciting process.

BUYING OR SELLING IN THE LUXURY MARKET

We understand the special requirements that come with listing high-value properties.  Besides the obvious need to "pull out all the stops" on marketing the homes we list, we are sensitive to the requirements that the BUYERS of such properties have.  We practice discretion for our celebrity and executive buyers and are willing to execute the necessary confidentiality agreements that will preserve their privacy.

WHAT ABOUT FORECLOSURES?

WE SELL FORECLOSURES!  We list properties for Bank of America, Old Republic, IServe, Fidelity, LPS, The Department of Veterans Affairs and more.

The residential real estate world is growing ever more commercial, and whether you need our expertise in working with banks, asset management companies, or relocation companies, you need a real estate agent who is experienced in the Newnan, Fayetteville, Fairburn and Peachtree City communities, and knows the housing markets here. And with my years of experience in the Coweta, Fayette, and S. Fulton housing markets - I have the knowledge and history of success you need.

When you're ready to get started, you can contact me through my site or simply send me an e-mail. I'm glad to address any questions you have regarding homes for sale in our area.  I'll also be glad to help you find an expert in another market if you need assistance outside my team's focus market. Jackie Campbell
